EB II RETURN POLICY

• You may return an order with authorization via email or phone.
• You may return only hinges that haven’t been used or opened.
• You must send a copy of the original order via email or snail mail.
• You pay for the return shipping.
• Refunds only apply to hinges, not S&H or nail packs.
• The refund will be less than a 15% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be made via your original payment method, (credit card)

Within 5 days of the returned hinges

• You are responsible for the shipping if, for some reason, the hinges get lost in transit.
• No Returns of Sample Finish Packs.
