EB II RETURN POLICY
Within 30 Days of Purchase:
- You may return an order with authorization via email or phone.
- You may return only hinges that haven’t been used or opened.
- You must send a copy of the original order via email or snail mail.
- You pay for the return shipping.
- Refunds only apply to hinges, not S&H or nail packs.
- The refund will be less than a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be made via your original payment method, (credit card)
Within 5 days of the returned hinges
- You are responsible for the shipping if, for some reason, the hinges get lost in transit.
- No Returns of Sample Finish Packs.
Within 30 to 60 Days of Purchase:
- You may return an order for credit with authorization via email or phone.
To be applied with your next hinge order
- You may return only hinges that haven’t been used or opened.
- You must send a copy of the original order via email or snail mail.
- You pay the return shipping.
- Refunds only apply to hinges, not S&H.
- The refund will be less a 20% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for the shipping if for some reason the hinges get lost in transit.
- Refunds will be made via your original payment method, (credit card)
